Elisa Gangloff joined SHARP in September 2025. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law (International Litigation Track) from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and previously obtained a Master’s degree in General Private Law from the Jean Monnet Faculty at Paris-Saclay University. 

During her studies, she completed numerous internships in law firms and companies, gaining initial practical experience in both litigation and advisory work. 

She chose SHARP for the quality of its team, the responsibilities entrusted to its associates, and the unwavering support of its partners. 

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, she handles all types of civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on M&A litigation, shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, civil liability, and disputes between economic actors. 

She works in French and English.
