Luna Benadjaoud joined SHARP in September 2024 as an associate.

She holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE), a Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE (University of Montpellier, 2022) and a certificate of specialization in national and international business litigation (FNDE, 2022).

After an initial experience in a law firm specializing in M&A and Private Equity, as well as in the international legal department of a listed company, she turned to litigation and joined leading firms specializing in business litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025, Luna Benadjaoud handles a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, directors’ liability and contractual disputes.

She works in both French and English.
