SHARP intervenes after a decision is delivered by the Antitrust Authority or by the European Commission, as part of compensation disputes before the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal.

In addition to, as the case may be, the fine imposed by the competition authorities, the victims of anti-competitive practices seek compensation for the damage they have suffered.

SHARP also intervenes before civil and commercial courts in cases concerning anti-competitive practices.
