Sharp obtained the conviction of Laurent Troude in the Proximania criminal case

Laurent Troude was sentenced by the Paris Criminal Court to 4 years in prison and a €700,000 fine for numerous financial crimes, including fraud, notably to the detriment of Insert, a former subsidiary of Proximania. Insert was also awarded more than €1 million in damages. Laurent Troude has appealed the judgment.
