No cartel by denigration in the private creches area

The Civil Court of Paris rendered a Judgement on April 4 2019 by which he dismissed a EUR18M claim filed by a competitor against the first two players of the market based on so called cartel by denigration and unfair competition. this judgement ends four years of proceedings.
