Laurie Rioux joined SHARP in 2021 as Counsel, after several years of working with Romuald Cohana, before the creation of SHARP.

Indeed, she worked for four years at the Parisian law firm Fuchs, Cohana, Reboul et associés before joining, in 2017, the litigation department of the law firm Jakubowicz, Mallet-Guy et Associés, based in Lyon.

She was also responsible for teaching corporate law and civil procedure law at the Catholic University of Lyon (UCLY).

Laurie Rioux has been a lawyer since 2012 and advises SMEs and large groups as well as their shareholders or managers (a significant portion of which is based in Lyon and its region) in post-acquisition, commercial and business criminal law disputes.

Her working languages are French and English.
